    Default Partypoker Handhistory issues

    Good afternoon all,

I'm using HM2 and i tried to import the new "Anonymous" hand history of Partypoker. It succesfully imports the tournaments with the hands etc but when i look at the data that is presented in the tournaments tab, i didn't pick up the finishing place and the winnings correctly. It did automatically select the Hero as active profile.

Can somebody help me figure out how to fix this? Cause now i have to change all the tournaments by hand with the correct finishing place and winnings/loses.

    Thank you in advance.

Does it show the place in the hand history? Not every site does.

    If it does:

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM2Archive\2016\07\31).

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. *If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' *and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.

Thanks for the quick reply udbrky! I will zip the handhistory files and send them to you. I think you are right that it isn't available in the hand history of Partypoker. But i thought perhaps your software is smart enough to figure out that the last hand is played. But you think this is also the reason that it won't recognize the finishing position?

HM3 has the same problems with these downloaded hands and results. If we can eventually fix it for HM3 we will then try and get it fixed in HM2 also, but it is not clear if that will be possible or happen before the end of HM2's support.
