Can't import HM3 NC definition in HM2 NC

My HM3 HUD not working as i would like and i'm trying to get back to HM2.

Just exported the notes i created in NC on HM3 and tried to import them on HM2 NC but it doesn't work.

This is the error i'm getting: "location of the file\name of the file.xml is not a valid note definition."

Anyway to get around this?

Hi Hilips,

Which version of NC do you have in HM2?

You might try editing the .xml files directly and change "utf-16" to "utf-8". See if they will import after that.

If you want to share what's not working as you'd like in HM3, maybe we can try to fix/improve those issues too.

That worked, thank you. You should have told me that last night, already created all notes from scratch. ahahah

A few minor issues, NC crashes sometimes when creating/edit/testing some notes but not a big deal. I think i can reproduce it most of the time in the Action Sequences tab -> Actions -> when moving up or down the actions i have created or deleting them, sometimesit just crashes. But perfectly usable, and much much faster compared to HM2 NC. I happily trade the more stable HM2 NC for a not so stable but much faster HM3 NC. While seeking hands to test a note, it's night and day diference.

Major annoyance is the HUD on ZOOM tables, kind goes off for a hand or two randomly on one table while the others are fine.
