Pruchased HM3 after trail. No hand importing for ACR
Just purchased HM3 after my trial ran out. Got Ignition grabber working fine and HM3 auto imported all of my previous hands but now wont auto import hands from ACR and no HUD. I was playing .02/.05 NL with the small stakes version.
It also says at the top that im using holdem manager 3 with Omaha trial version?
Also, I had to uninstall and install ACR for some reason and now my auto detect folder is C/AmericasCardroom/AmericasCardroom/HandHistory instead of the normal C/AmericasCardroom/HandHistory. Something weird happened when I reinstalled ACR as it wouldn't install for some reason and had to make a new file or something. Also, at the top its saying Holdem Manger 3 with Omaha trial version? But I did purchase it. I am out of ideas. Is there anyway I can get a TeamViewer with a rep so they can fix my issue?
Edit: I am able to manually import hands but auto import doesn't work and no HUD.
Edit 2: When I Auto detect the auto import folder, AmericasCardroom/handhistory pops up with a notice saying that "No hands have been auto imported for this poker site yest. Please check folder while playing to confirm the hands are being saved".
