GGPoker Problems

Hi, there are some errors happening when I import hands from GGPoker, for example, when I import 2k hands, it shows that some errors occurred, then when I go see how many hands it imported, it shows a little bit less than the file with the hands had. I imported arround 17200 hand but the HM only shows 17080, some are missing, probably because of the errors that occured when the hands where been imported.

The other problem is that when I put a hand to review, the HUD shows that I have played only one hand.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-XXXX Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
