Hi,
Im using HM2.0.0.8673 and the hud is not showing from Grosvenor Poker, a Microgaming poker skin. It used to show the hud kinda just fine (except the hud positions would randomly have a different coordinates on the table, despite me placing them in the correct position) but now it just doesn't show.
When i go to hand importing settings and check the import history I get this:

Please help.
Thank you.
If you make a post on our forums and do not see it right away, please do not post it again and again. Our forums have automated moderation for possibly malicious posts and your multiple threads all went into the moderation queue to be manually approved
First thing you should try is to update to the latest beta 8695. This should be the first thing you try anytime you have issues. You will receive a prompt to update to any/all beta and official builds once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates. You can also check our HM2 Releases forum for new updates and download them manually from there - https://forums.holdemmanager.com/forumdisplay.php?f=111
Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe
- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.
If you continue to have problems:
Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread. In the ticket send all the following:
Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.
Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.
Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.
* All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.* It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.
With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
The HUD works fine until I register specific tournaments, for instance this one:
Grosvenor Poker - Multi Table Hold'em (8 Seat Table) - MyAlias - 5,000/10,000 €8,000 Mosh Pit Lite [€50K Fish Party Feast] - Table 17 [Multi Table Hold'em Real Money No Limit] - 42683304
the structure of the table title of this tournaments is a bit different than the others in that it contains this brackets [] twice and the table name in the sessions tab is read differently the others, please see bellow pic:
hm_problem_microgamming.PNG
when i use table finder i am able to attach a HUD in this table but from this point on if I register any more MTTs the HUD stops working in all tables.
Could this be related to the issue?
Please help.
Thanks.
We need you to reproduce the problem and send us screenshots, logs and hands from the tournaments/session to us in a support ticket as was explained above. We can't know what might be causing those issues if you don't send the requested files.

Its a long list and I get why you are asking but the issue is very simple.
1) Im using Grosvenor Poker skin from Microgamming.
2) The HUD works fine until I register certain tournaments
3) these tournaments have the particular case that on my sessions tabs it shows a different name to the one in table finder as I show in the picture above
4) I also have showed the tournament name (above) that are creating problems. they have 2 sets of brackets and that it might be creating problems parsing the name of the table.
You have information to recreate the problem. You have a small lead on what might be the problem. By best guess: The Hand history (HH) parsing is not retrieving any valid table name because it gets 'confused' by the double brackets in the HH table title so it returns nothing as you can see in the sessions picture above.. then it crash and no more HUD from that point on.
Hope you solve it.
Thanks.
None of our testing team has access to that (or any) Microgaming skins AFAIK so we need a customer like you to send us the requested logs, screenshots and hand history files as instructed above. Without those files it is impossible for us to debug the issue or document it for our developers.
You can document it but if they cant test it how does that work?? Anyway Im 99.9% sure the problem is related to what i mentioned before. To solve would be quite simple. Just checking how many sets of brackets exists. If more than one then the table number is the one that retrieves a integer.
Can you please ask them to change this? Please. Its simple. This would not in any shape of form affect the current hand reading ability, it would only add this check.
You can ask them to build the .dll file that is providing functionality to the HH parsing for prima and Ill be very happy to test it. I think this is doable.
If you are still having this problem with beta 8695 you need to send us the screenshots, logs and the hand history (gamehistory.dat) files for me to be able to do that. I can't write a developer bug report ticket without all those things.
