Default NC in HM3 killing CPU

    Hi!

Notecaddy seems like is jumping into an infinite loop when HM3 is started. I can see it overcounts hands to be processed into infinity (hands: ~100k, processed hands 400k and growing and growing while eats the CPU at 100%. I also work in the IT and I think its a very emberassing bug.. Can you provide us a fix to that? Now, its unusable.

Exact same thing is happening with me. 100% cpu usage, processing an unlimited amount of hands, unable to stop it, unable to apply any new settings or filters (stuck with a loading screen cursor). I sent a support ticket about it yesterday but it doesn't seem to be a known issue yet.

The notecaddy integration within HM3 has been extremely buggy and bad thus far, always constant problems whether it's random pop-ups or crashes. When will it end?

Hmm, that's a really strange bug. I can't reproduce it on my end. Are you able to create a new database in HM3, import some hands, and see if it still happens for you?

If the new database has the same problem:

Please create a support ticket with a link to this thread and your forum username.

Please send us the actual database for testing.
    - Close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
    - The *.hmdb files are saved by default in C:\Users\{Username}\Documents\Holdem Manager 3\Databases
    - When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before uploading. Please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the public download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com.

We will also need your NC definitions zipped and sent in the ticket:
    - You can find them in C:\Users\{UserName}AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\AppsData\NoteCaddy\definitions
    - If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+
    - You do NOT need to include the \backup_XXXX-XX-XX folders from the \definitions folder in that zip file.
