Win10 fail to install HM3

Win10，fail to install HM3 3.1.8/3.1.7, how to fix that?

If you try and install to a different location does it work? If you create a new Windows Admin user does it install?

- Please restart your computer.
- Please download HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...3&channel=Beta
- Download the attached HM3_install_log_v3.1.7.5789.bat.zip file from here - https://www.holdemmanager.com/Downlo...7.5789.bat.zip
- Then right-click the ZIP file > 'Extract All...' - 'Extract' it and it will open a new folder with the extracted HM3_install_log_v3.1.7.5789.bat file.
- Create a new folder on your system C:\HM and copy the .msi installer and .bat file to within the C:\HM directory you just created, so you end up with a folder similar to this - https://www.dropbox.com/s/46nam5fucz..._5789.png?dl=0
- Then right-click - 'Run As Administrator' the HM3_install_log_v3.1.7.5789.bat file and it will run the HM3 installer and create a HM.log file in the C:\HM directory and open the directory in Windows Explorer.
- Try to finish HM3 installation.
- Then zip (right-click - Send to - Compressed folder) the C:\HM\HM.log file - https://www.dropbox.com/s/1j8nnk9a19...HMlog.png?dl=0 - to a support ticket - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19 - and let us know if HM3 installed properly or failed again.
