Hello,

I'm trying to do some analysis with opponents data, although this is super super slow.


If one tries to load hands for all the opponents the default filter is "TotalHands >= 50". It's possible to change this before HM tries to load all those opponents we don't care about?
Although HM doesn't do anything, it's simply stuck trying to load those hands, my CPU usage is below 15% and Memory usage below 50%. Why doesn't HM3 use more CPU/Memory to load this up? Is there a setting we need to tweak to fully utilise these resources?

There is no way to edit the default filter that I am aware of. I will ask our QA/Testing Manager if that is something we should add to a settings menu or perhaps as a manual config/cfg file edit if possible.

Please create a support ticket with a link to this thread and your forum username and send a copy of your forum post and answer these questions below:

What is your hard drive model, RAM and CPU? You can find this in your Control Panel - System - Device Manager.

How big is your database and how many hero hands are in the database?*

Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.
