definition error
Hy. When I hover with my mouse over the note caddy portion below the popup, the hm2 hud instantly dissapears on the whole table. The only way to get it back is to restart hm2. Is there any fix for this bug? If I hover the mouse over the replayer it also closes.

Hy. Thank you for the responce. I just saw it now.
I am using HM2 2.0.0.8673 and note caddy 2.8.0.114.
Windows firewall and windows defender are completely disabled. I do not use antivirus. I just want max hm2 performance.
So my issues are:
1. When I hover over the note caddy stuff in the popup the whole HUD on the entire table dissapears instantly and the only way to get it back is to close and reopen HM2.
2. I play long 8 hour sessions. After 2-3 hours if I open any popup, HM2 and my computer and the poker site, will freeze for about 15seconds. But if I restart HM2 every 1 hour, this problem does not happen.
These issues never happened up until I updated note caddy, 2 weeks ago(before that I was using the older note caddy that comes with HM2). The old version of note caddy worked perfectly. But I could not make and get to work some definitions, about handranges when overbetting. So I read about the notecaddy express definition creator, and I managed to create these overbetting definitions in the express note caddy, which is only available in the newer note caddy. I tried also exporting these express definitions and importing them in the old note caddy, but they do not work.
I would be greatfull for any tips.
I would somehow like to stop the freezing or somehow import or if not, change these express definitions (handranges for betting pot and overbetting flop, turn, river) so they would work in the standard note caddy that comes with HM2. I am sure that the standard note caddy will fix the issues.

Are you using any other helper programs that might be interfering and clicking on the popups?
Something you could try is to export your definitions to some folder on your pc. Then install the standard HM2, which should downgrade your NoteCaddy to the stable version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...r_2_Update.exe.
See if your newly created Express definitions are in NoteCaddy still. If they're not in there you could try importing them. If it doesn't work, then if you let me know which definitions you need I could make them (as long as it's not a huge amount of stats).
I am not using other programs. The issues only started when I updated note caddy so I can make those definitions in the express mode.
I allready tried exporting the definitions and importing on the older version of notecaddy, but they can't be imported. With the old note caddy I have no performance issues.
I only need the handranges for betting pot and overbetting:
- bet 90-110% of pot on flop
- bet 111-999% pot on flop
- bet 90-110% of pot on turn
- bet 111-999% of pot on turn
- bet 90-110% of pot on river
- bet 111-999% of pot on river
If I could find just 1 of these definitions that works for the old note caddy I could edit it and create the other definitions using the first one.

Thank you for helping. I managed to create the definitions. But the problem is that "processing hands speed" in notecaddy dropped from around 1000hands/sec to below 7hands/sec after I created these definitions. I created a new database with the latest 500k hero hands and after 6hours only about 10% of hands where processed, using 8 cpu threads.Hi danuuutz,

I tried using the old notecaddy and the new notecaddy but still the same low speed. If I make these new definitions inactive, speed goes back up to 500-1000hands/sec. The crazy thing is that even if I delete these new definitions and import my old overbet express definitions, still the speed will be less than 10hands/sec. Before today all processing speeds where very fast.
So now the only solution to get notecaddy to work with overbet definitions is to try completely removing hm2 and reinstalling and it? Or format windows and create the express definitions that worked before?

That's pretty weird for the note creation speed to be like that. The latest NoteCaddy versions are so much faster for me. Notes create 5-10x faster for me than ever before.
What site are your hands from? Do you have NoteCaddy logs in this directory? C:\Users\{your pc name}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\NoteCaddyLogs
If you do have the logs, you can create a ticket and attach them here: https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19. I'm sure the devs will like to see what is causing this issue for you, and help get it fixed up.
I deleted hm2 and postgresssql and all the files they had on my drive, using revo unistaller. Something was corrupt there.... The holdem manager folder had 120GB of stuff in it after I tried the definitions. (I think a day ago it had less than 1GB in it).
I reinstalled hm2 and recreated all my definitions and now it seems like everything is ok.... Note creation speed is once again 500-700hands/sec and I am able to use the definitions. I hope everything will be stable.
