    Default Bug HM2 replayer

A few weeks ago I had a problem with postgreSQL, for not having capacity on my PC a message appeared but I did not give it much importance, I solved the capacity problem, and after this I started to have the problem with the player, I am testing version 2.0 .0.8673 and the previous version but the problem is still here.

This problem is caused in non-English systems by the replayer speed being set to a value with decimals in the config files. Try opening the replayer and move the replayer speed slider all the way to the right to 5x and then back to the left to 1x. Then close the replayer and restart HM2.

If you continue to have problems after that, try the following -

Please close HM2 and delete the holdemmanager.config and HoldemManager.config.bak files.

    Windows 7 path:
    C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

    Windows XP path:
    C:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\

If you cannot see the app data folders the information below explains how to show hidden files and folders:

I try their instructions but it doesn't work, I already have Windows 10 in English, I tried to delete those files and the replayer was the same after that, something I see if I choose 4 hands to play and press the play button on the replayer, the replayer goes through hands instead of playing hand https://gyazo.com/3f36c50dc1d1ec8de468908e74bedaf4

    still need help

Please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
    - Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.
    - Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...) and compress*/attach that file to this support ticket.
    - Please send your \HM2Logs folder files as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

*When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com

Please close HM2 and delete the files in the following folder:

    C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig\Replayer

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

If none of that helps send us the logs as instructed in the post above mine.
