HUD not working on Pokerstars

Hello,

i just installed HM 3 and imported all my HM 2 database. When i check the import details (Tools -> import details) i get some error. The autoimport and live play are recording all hands but stil the HUD is not working. The handhistory at Pokerstars is being safed in english and also the auto import folder is correct.

So far i have no ideas what i can do to make the HUD work. Do you have any ideas what i have to changes in the settings? Is it because of the error i got in the import details?

Please try all the steps in this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

i already send you my answer via mail with all the information you want to have including the zip-folder with screenshots etc. I really hope you can help me to solve the problem.
