Default Can I still use my old license?

    Hi,

After some years of poker break I started again with playing online and use HEM for that purpose. I dont have my old PC anymore so I had to reinstall HEM and start a 14-days trial.

I am wondering if I can still use my old code despite the fact HEM changed from v2 to v3. I found an old email with my code and the email states I can "now use this key on two new installs".

Will I be able to use that work? And if not on HEM3 maybe on the old version? I would be fine using v2.

    Thanks in advance,

    Benny

Your HM2 code will not work in HM3.

Your license is good for the life of the product. By way of example we released HM2 in November of 2011 yet continued to provide critical updates to existing features in HM1 until April of 2014. We haven't released any HM1 updates since then but some customers continue to use HM1 without issues on a few sites.

All development of new features, tools and game type support will be focused on HM3. We will continue to support HM2 for bug fixes and parser updates until an end of life (“EOL”) date for HM2. We have not yet determined an EOL date for HM2; however, it will remain supported until at least October 15, 2020.

    a) You can still download HM2 from our new site: Support - Support Center - HM2 - Downloads - https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/...ds-manuals.php

    Reinstall HM2 from this file - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

    - After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
    * If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
    - Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

You will receive a prompt to update to any/all beta and official builds once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates. You can also check our HM2 Releases forum for new updates and download them manually from there - https://forums.holdemmanager.com/forumdisplay.php?f=111

    b) The same code can be used on 2 pc's you own at once and can be reset as often as needed. Please try using our site to retrieve/reset the code whenever necessary - https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/login.php

If you have any problems activating the software:

Please see this FAQ for help in resolving licensing issues:

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

    c) By purchasing HM2 you can upgrade to HM3 with a 25% discount before October 15th 2020.

To use the discount please login to your HM account on our website and add the available discounted upgrade option to the cart and complete the purchase - https://www.holdemmanager.com/hm3/
