    - HM3 - Tools - Settings - Exchange Rates - 'Preferred Currency:' = Set your preferred currency that you play in and click OK to save the changes.
    - Now open a report such as the 'Tournaments' report and find, or add, the 'ICM Winnings' report stat.

The independent chip model assigns $ value to your chip stack in a tournament. It is your expected winnings based on the difference in ICM values between your actual chip stack at the end of a hand and the all-in equity adjusted chip stack you "should have had" at the end of the hand; for all all-in hands in a tournament. This calculation uses every all-in hand in a STT and final table hands from MTTs where we know the complete payout structure.

Here is one of many guides you can find on the web explaining how this stat works - http://www.thepokerbank.com/strategy...ment/icm/what/
