HM3 shows random all-in adjusted winnings

    Unhappy HM3 shows random all-in adjusted winnings

    Hi,

    I upgraded my HM2 a few weeks ago, and overall it's a great buy.
    However, HM3 has some serious problems with the all-in adjusted winnings curve.

    Every time I look at my graph, it shows some random, disproportionate all-in adjusted results at some point on the X-axis. This make the function essentially unusable.

    Obviously I didn't take any random gamble at the nosebleeds.
    When I look at the stats, it doesnt seem to be buggy: hm3 stats.png
    Those are the corresponding stats for the chart posted above.
    On the right, the chart looks fine here.

    Could you please help me fixing the issue ?

    Please try all the steps in this FAQ.

    If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem original hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed. Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

    It is being caused by the play money hands in your database. For now you can simply delete those hands from the report by selecting all 319 hands and right-click - 'Delete' them.

    This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

    HMT-5157: HM3 shows huge values All-in Adj on graphs when play and real money hands played at the same day.

    If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-XXXX Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

    Thanks fozzy71 ! Deleting those play money hands resolved the issue.
    I created a ticket to be notified when it's fixed.
