Since yesterday when i start the program, I have an error message from http://www.notecaddy.com/authupdate.asmx, and my coaching pack became locked.
Our HM2/3 developers are aware of this issue and we are waiting for the NoteCaddy developer to resolve the issues with his server.
Is the issue solved ?
I still have this problem.
This issue was solved long ago. I don't think it remains still. I can download packages and NoteCaddy is working working on my end.
You might have a different issue caused by firewall/antivirus (try making exceptions for HM2/HM3 folders), or perhaps need to reset your NoteCaddy settings to their factory defaults.
I believe I've sent those instructions in your support ticket.
