Were the hands imported or do you not even see the hands in the Reports? WPN has known issues where they do not write 100% of hands and if they don't write the hands we obviously can't import them. Also check your Tools - Import History for import 'errors' if you can't see them in the reports.
If you can see them in the reports and you previously marked them but they are not showing when you toggle on the [x] "Marked Hands' filter for the hands grid portion of the reports, we will need to see your logs with screenshots of the reports/filters being used along with a backup of your database:
- Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.
- Please send us the actual database for testing in the same support ticket.
- Please create a HM3 backup via the Tools - Backup Database menu then zip/upload that file to dropbox and send us a public download link.
- If you have any problems with dropbox try using google drive or filedropper.com.
- Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
