Right now there's no way to rename a filter other than by copy pasting the syntax, deleting the filter and making a new one.
A roundabout way is to also rename them externally from the folder. Where are the filters saved?

Quick Filters are hard-coded and can not be edited. Saved filters can be edited via text editor if you close HM3 and the HM3 server. The file is C:\Users\edkle\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\3.0\Config\SavedFilters.filters
