    Default HM3 bug issues (multiple)

    Hi,

    I wanted to inform you about these bugs what I've been having with HM3

    - HM3 doesn't recognize automatically ipoker 8-handed tables you have to change them every time manually.
    - Hud doesn't work properly in Ipoker multientry tournaments, HUD only appears on one table. In Hm2 this could be resolved with table finder, anything similar with HM3?
    - There are some issues with replayer where the betsize cannot be seen correctly. (picture below) This is just one example, sometimes the button is blocking betsize etc.
    - On pokerstars zoom tables you cannot tag the hand in play for the review, but its possible in normal tables.

    I hope you can fix these things in next update!

    Please reproduce the problem and:

    a) Take a screenshot of the table/desktop before and after the problems
    - Try to include the Live Play tab, Tools - Import details - Live Play and Errors, your poker client lobby and a browser page of this site visible in the screen shot.

    b) Click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu, or from the 'Help' menu at the top, and send your logs and config files with a detailed description of the problem.
    - Send the screenshots in the same/new support ticket the Send Feedback system generated for this issue. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page.
    - Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    *All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

    Are you playing on betaclic poker.fr?

    This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

    Try switching the replayer deck in the replayer options (gear icon, upper right corner) to one of the 4 color decks such as 'MegaSharp'.

    We have a few of these issues documented but they each have to be fixed on a hand by hand basis.

    Please create a support ticket with a link to this thread and your forum username.

    Export that particular hand from the reports and zip it to a compressed folder/file then send it to us in the support ticket.

    This is a limitation of the 'fast-fold' game types and our tracker/HUD due to the nature of these tables and the ability to fast-fold multiple hands in rapid order. They will have to be marked from the Table HUD or from the Live Play view but that is difficult right now as well due to a known issue the developers are working on:

    HMT-4847 Zoom HUD: Recent Winners list (and Hero HUD) combines hands from multiple entries to the same pool
