PROBLEMS
- 5-handed cash game tables, HUD displayed only for 4-players
- taking notes, when players HUD is located close to screen edge, note taking window goes out of screen
- double-clicking stats on HUD to show stats from current session, doesn't work properly. most of the time pop-up appears with more stats but sometimes it works randomly


QUESTIONS
- Is there any way to move HUD on all tables relative to position? If I move stats for seat 1, it would move on all tables

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-5181 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I do not see this as a known issue in our system. Are you using a multiple monitor system? What 'number' monitor is this happening on, and what 'edge' according to your Windows Display Settings? What is your screen size, resolution and Windows DPI Scaling option set to?

Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem. Also include a link to this forum thread and your forum user name.

If you are unable to send the logs via the automated system for any reason you can collect and send the logs manually.

Make sure you are clicking in a spot of the HUD with no stats, only the background color. You can also use right-click on a HUD panel to switch, or the Table 'HUD' display - 'Toggle Session Stats' fly-out menu options if those methods might be easier.

Why do you need to move it on one table and not the other? Are you not using preferred seating at Ipoker? Please make sure your poker site's preferred seating options are configured and matched to your HM3 - Tools - Site Settings - Preferred Seating options.

*Edit to add: HM2 auto saved HUD positions, and had a Table HUD option for 'Independent Mode'. HM3 is in independent mode until you click the Save Layout option, as it doesn't auto save HUD position changes like HM2 did.

By default the HUD components placed on the table are locked in position to avoid accidentally moving the HUD while playing. To move the HUD component boxes to new locations on the table. Please see this FAQ - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...e-Up-Correctly

Hold the Control key and left mouse button while dragging the HUD components to the new location.

Once they are positioned how you want them you will want to click the HM3 Table 'HUD' icon and 'Save Layout' or 'Lock & Save Layout'.

You can alternatively click the HM3 'HUD' icon and Unlock the HUD to move HUD groups around on the table without the need to hold the control key. This also applies to moving the HM3 Table 'HUD' icon - hold the modifier key to drag it; and also applies when moving mucked cards and board cards. To see the position of all mucked cards, use the HM3 Table 'HUD' icon to enable "Configure Mucked Cards".

p.s. The Graphical HUD does not have a lock on the HUD and it is moved using the right mouse button, like HM2.
