HM3 cannot accurately track my tournament results

Why do the tournament results continually not display the correct net winnings? For example, I played a $20 tournament and rebought once and did not cash. It shows a net winnings of -20 instead of -40. I then played a $15 tournament and did not cash. It shows a net winnings of -12.73. WTF. What friggin good is a software package if it can't accurately track simple tournament results like net winnings and ROI? I'm playing on Pokerstars PA, and these inconsistent reports are driving me crazy. It seems like HM3 is not picking up rebuys. I see some but I know it is not picking them all up.

Make sure Stars is saving the summary files as well as the hands and that HM3 is setup to auto import both the hands and summaries. See this FAQ - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...kerStars-Setup

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
