Default New Ipoker update causes any non-showdown hands to not be recorded

So since the update a couple days ago, i noticed HM2 had been acting a bit strange and seemed to be missing a lot of hands.
Having gone through the ones it is still saving in reports, i've noticed that only hands that go to showdown, regardless of whether hero is involved or not, are being recorded. The HUD still pops up on the table once atleast 1 hand has gone to showdown and hence been imported, but only receiving a stat update each time a showdown is reached.
Not sure if this is a bug, checked everything was set up okay and it all seems to be the same in terms of file imports and other sites don't have this issue. Was wondering if this is due to software update that Ipoker/PaddyPower has implemented? Tried having a search around online but have only seen 1 other comment on 2plus2 saying they had a seemingly similar issue, so any help or info on this would be much appreciated,
    Thanks!

If your post does not appear immediately it usually means that our automated forum security placed it into a moderation queue to be reviewed before it is approved for the forums. It often happens to new forum users to prevent spam bots, or if there is suspicious code or links in the post.

This is a result of the new IPoker software update. We have one open issue related to tourneys and one related to cash hands.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

    - HM-9097: Ipoker tourney HH format changed = import errors
    - HM-9098: Ipoker update causes hands to show negative pot size

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-9097 AND HMT-9098 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

If you have other issues that you feel are not related to either of those issues our developers are already working on then we need you to send us some sample original hands from the C:\HM3Archive\ directory for testing in a support ticket with screenshots/details of the particular errors you are having.

Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
