This update includes database migration upgrade that can take a longer amount of time to complete in bigger databases. Please create a backup of your database before updating and do not close HM3 using task manager while database upgrade is in progress.

so weird, how can i remove this crap, 5 fail in 5 minutes, worst fail everseen, did you try it ? it can't work more than 2 minutes, this is awfull

Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum username. Please reproduce the problem and attach a set of log files and a screenshot and detailed description of the issue in the support ticket you created.

Once you sent those logs you can try to rollback a few check-ins to a slightly older internal version that I was using the past couple days from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/downlo...ion=3.1.7.5756

The database migration in the new update required significant time due to the extreme size of your database that you mentioned in another thread.
