    Default i lost my activation code

    hi, my old laptop is destroyed and i lost all my data, my passwords and the license code for my HM2 (i know, my fault ), is there any way to recover it?

    This isn't something we can handle on the forums for security reasons.

    Please clear your web cache - http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache*

    Try using a different browser. Do not use Internet Explorer, or a browser that blocks scripts.

    Try the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page again. Once you have changed the password there you should be able to login to your HM.com account with that same/new password - https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/login.php

    If you continue to have problems: Please create a support ticket with a link to this thread and your forum username.

    Please try not to post the same question in multiple support channels/tickets to get a faster reply. This causes us to have to respond twice and we usually have different people working different support channels so we end up spending twice the time necessary to help you which delays replies to other customers.

    i apologize, i started this thread, then i thought to write an e-mail to the sales support, after reading other threads where it was suggested to write to the support.
