Stats not showiing on Pokerbros

So the problem is that stats are not showing on Pokerbros app. Only vpip and prf, but nothing else. Tried to use ordinary hem2 hud without notecaddy, and its ok. Im using kings hands converter to get hands in. The hands are improted in hem 2 so that is not a problem. So if anyone have the same problem, and got the solution, please share. Also if someone from support can help I appreciate alot

The only 3rd party card catchers we support are from*- https://elitehud.com/ and https://www.advancedpokertools.com/

If you continue to have problems with the Kings Hands converter you will need to contact them directly. We can not provide technical help for unsupported sites/networks as we do not design our software to work there or test there with all of the third party tools. If you have any problems with HM2/3 using third party tools, to use our software with unsupported sites, all support will need to be handled by the third party software support team.
