Tried to update, now it's not letting me install HM3 at all. Help

So I opened up HM3 to play on Ignition like usual, and I got a prompt that there's a new update.. I never read them I just hit "update now".
It's always been fine but this time it's not working and now I can't reinstall it.

Windows 10.

What is your antivirus?

Add the setup file and all HM files to the exceptions.

Make sure the installation folder has correct permissions.
