River call efficiency not available

Hi, I have almost 100k hands of heads up zoom plo on pokerstars (and a trillion of retarded river calls).

Yet my river call efficiency stat in "situational views" --> "river play" shows NA, why is this so?

Thank you for the issue report, I was able to duplicate it. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-5074 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Also is there elaborate tutorial somewhere to see what all those stats in "River Call Efficiency" mean?

If you hover over that stat's name in the column header of a report, or in the report/HUD stats pickers, you can see the definition of any stat:






I personally can't clarify it much better than that, but our QA/Testing Manager explained it in more detail here in another forum thread some years ago.

If you have further questions feel free to post them there or here and one of us can forward those questions to him so he can answer/reply when he is working.
