HM3 not calculating all-in vs expected result

Pretty simple situation: MP limps, CO shoves, BTN calls, SB folds, I shove, MP folds, BTN folds. Net result two people all-in pre-flop and I have the CO covered.

CO has A7o, I have 77. There's a A on the turn and CO wins. HM3 should be showing me as all-in pre with 69.5% equity and calculating a large all-in difference for me given I lost and there was loads of dead money in there as well as the fact that I was ahead yet it isn't. Why?

It's not like HM3 isn't aware of CO's hand. It calculated the 69.5% and shows it on hand viewer. In fact, here's an extract of the hand history:
