Please advise???
Please advise???
Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and if that does not help then please send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ.
I've already sent the screenshots and everything else you've asked for and someone at HM named "Chris Burky" rudely replied it was a "known" bug. If it's a "known" bug, then why are you sending instructions to me on how to trouble shoot??
Please get it together!! Your customer support is lacking in transparency

Still no answer? You guys rock!! Lol. Good to know seeings it's only Sunday. What a joke
We can't know if you are experiencing a known bug, or have a simple configuration error, from a forum post like you made. We asked for logs sent so we could be sure everything was configured properly, and once we/he reviewed them he was able to determine it was because of the known issue that we are working on.
Working on it? Just like the graphical HUD on WPN that hasn't worked at all since HM3 officially dropped or while in beta. Still no fix on that either and that was over a month ago. Is getting the HUD to work on WPN a top priority for your company or is it on the back burner. I need to the HUD to work as you can imagine!!! That's why I paid for HM3 and ALSO a fee for you to support my issues! Wen will my HUD work, please advise!!!!!!
This HMT-4995 issue was written as a direct result of the logs you sent. It is only now a known bug because you sent in the logs. If you hadn't sent the logs, it wouldn't yet be a known issue. The canned reply may have made it seem like we already knew about this issue when you posted your forum thread, as it's a reply we use when we first write a bug, or if you are the 30th person being linked to it, but the fact is we did not know there was an issue without your help.
I do not have an estimate for when this issue will be resolved. We do not give estimates until it has been confirmed as fixed by our internal testers and the release is imminent.
