How/where did you 'install' them exactly? Which folder did he actually copy these files from? He should have shared his C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Reports folder, for you to paste into the same location on your machine (with HM2 closed). If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory.

If that is what he and you did and it is not working you will need to zip and send us the reports folder/files he sent you with details/screenshots of exactly how you 'installed' them and the errors, missing stats, etc. Please

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. *If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' *and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.
