2 frustrating position changes for the new HUD

1) Hero portrait information when you click on enemy / ally heroes

Why do you need a pop up window which blocks the screen instead of the old replacing your own hero information with theirs when you click on another hero. You can instantly focus on the information you want like hp/mp or skills because it is at the exact same position as your own hero portrait before it switches to the other hero portrait. And now since it pops up as an overlay, your first instinct is to press escape to close it instead of F1 to switch back to your hero portrait and information.

2) Kill Information

After a decade of having the kill information display on the left side above the mini map, suddenly it is switched to the right side for no reason at all. It is so confusing for old players to adjust to and I miss a lot of the kills when they happen. Then I suddenly look over to the top bar and realize the monkey king in my team is dead. This is probably one of the most frustrating changes to the new HUD. It is like changing the cars in your country from left hand drive to right hand drive or vice-versa. I mean come on what is the reasoning behind that change.

Please explain these a little more clearly. Send a ticket to us with the log files and screenshots. We are not sure what any of this means.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*

*All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.* It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
