HM2 not showing KO winnings from freeroll but did earlier

My HM2 doesn't show the KO winnings that I won in a freeroll on Pokerstars. When I played I had HM2 open and could see that the winnings where shown on the graph but now they are gone. The tournament where I won the KO bounties is still shown in my list of tournaments but no winnings. Does anyone know a possible reason for this?

HM2 has issues with the Progressive KO's.

HM3 handles tournaments better and has expanded winnings stats. Have you tried it?
