The problem apparently is not in finding hud settings, but that HM3 does not allow to scale down fonts as mush as HM2 did.

Compare HM2 scalling (left). Table size, font family and size in HUD settings are the same but result differs.

You can edit the font size in the HUD - HUD Editor... menu for each HUD/Stat in the Item Properties section. You can also try toggling the HUD - HUD Options - General Settings - Advanced - HUD Display Options - [ ] 'Allow Vector Scaling' option and/or try changing your Windows DPI Scaling.

You can Ctrl or Shift + Click to select multiple/all stats before making the font edits. HUD - HUD Editor - Ctrl + Left-Click multiple stats in the 'Group Items' list then make your edits to the item Properties - Font.

I've tried that first. For me 5 - is the minimal value that affects font size. But it then remains the same for all table sizes and is not small enought.

This is a HUD you imported from HM2, correct? If so, it sounds like you are experiencing a known issue:

HMT-4119: HUD spacing/padding and Stat font appearance issues

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-4119 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Please export the HUD profile from HM2 and zip/attach it when sending a support ticket/email as instructed above so we can add it to the ticket for testing any possible future fixes for the issue from the developers.

This was the first thing I tried. It does not help to reduce font more than you can see on the picture i attached.
