thank you

We can not support a site/network if they do not write hand history files, or if the HH files they write are missing important information like known community and showdown cards. If your party.xx site no longer writes hands then there is nothing for HM2 or HM3 to import, so we can not support them. Some of the party skins (party.fr, party.es, etc) kept writing hands after the .com, etc skins stopped. Their most recent update though stopped writing any post-flop community or showdown hole cards. This causes an import error, or an incomplete import if it actually manages to import part of the hands.
I fozzy yes I see that. Do I need to manually add tourney results within HM3?? is this possible?
If your site doesn't write hands at all, or your site isn't writing the known cards to the hands, then neither HM2 or HM3 can import them. If we can't import the hands you don't have any actual tournaments to edit. If you are importing older hands from before they stopped writing them completely on party.com, or before the bug at party.fr started with incomplete hands, you will have to manually edit the tournament results as party never wrote tournament summary files so we had no way to know the results back when we could still import hands from there.
No, you have to import hands from a tournament to create a tournament in the software. A tournament can't exist without a hand for said tournament having been imported first. You can't just manually create a tournament with no hands.
The only way to track cash sessions or tournaments for a site that doesn't write hands or allow grabbers/trackers is manually via a spreadsheet, notebook, etc like you were tracking your own live play at a casino.
