Fixing Import Errors?

    Default Fixing Import Errors?

    Random hands are not being imported into HM2 automatically, when I try upload them manually it shows as errored. How can i fix this?

    (Note: I am manually uploading from the HM2 folder because i dont know where pokerstars archives it hands, if anyone has any ideas on that can they let me know?)

    This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. The assigned internal issue # on this issue is HM-9062. I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.

    This has a happened again, but this time I cant even find the hand saved down on my computer in HM2 folders.
    I would expect to find them here but they're not there?

    All original files are moved intact to the archive. Search the file for "Cash out"
