    Backup and restore the notes.

Please see this FAQ to transfer/backup data - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...dem+Manager%3F

This will ensure that you have your hand histories and HUD saved to import into a new computer, and as a backup to restore in case of an emergency. I recommend you do this at least once a month and keep the last 2 or 3 most recent backups (and your \HM2Archive folder) stored on an external drive and/or cloud storage site like dropbox or google drive.

Yes, if you backed up the [x] 'Player Notes' from the previous database then restored the 'Player Notes' into a new database they should appear for any/all of those same players that are in the new database. If you restored notes and 'skipped database' then you won't see any notes until you actually import hands to the new database for players that were in the old database and had notes.

If that is not happening you will need to send us the DB backup for testing along with a detailed step by step set of instructions on how we can reproduce the issue (i.e. restore everything including database, or skip db and import some hands later (that you would need to also send)) along with screenshots and a detailed description of the issues.

Upload the backup file to to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox please try using google drive or filedropper.com instead. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page - https://support.holdemmanager.com/user/mytickets/
