Hem2 notebox removes spacing between notes

I'm trying to keep my notes in different categories, like this.

So I have a lot of space between the pre/post/as pfr/vs pfr categories, this makes it easier for me to look at multiple notes.

However, when I save the notes it fks them up, like this.

Is there a way to not have hem2 do this?

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-6395 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

HM3 Beta does not have this issue, but it has a few odd quirks we will need to see if we can improve.
