    Default ACR - No Dollar Amounts in SNG / Mtt ( No HUD )

    Hey Guys,

    So got a new computer and the following is happening :

    HUD working perfectly, Reports do show the tournaments played, players that entered the tournament and final position, but no Money amounts at all...

    Total Buy in = 0
    Rake = 0
    Rebuy = 0

    Finish = 3
    Size = 9 ...

    Edit , Also doesnt identify turbo or regular speed

    How do i fix this?

    Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

    If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us, with a link to this thread and your forum name, using the 'Contact Support' link.

    Make sure you also include screenshots of your Tournaments report, with the Tournament Number stat visible, and a detailed description by tournament number of some of the errors we need to test.

    All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

    When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

    Hi,

    Well, that makes close to zero sense, as it did work before with absolutely no problems, also ACR didnt change a thing ( Like always ), so it is a problem with HM.
    Being this a paid software, no, I am not gonna be adding the amounts myself, as this should be done automatically, otherwise i can just write up my results in a paper sheet.
    So is this gonna be fixed soon , or is money back the only way ?

    We can't fix something if we can't duplicate the problem. We can't duplicate the problem and write it for our developers to fix unless you send us the problem hands, screenshots, etc that I asked for in the previous reply.

    The new V2 WPN software has a new hand history format, file name format, etc. If tournaments that used to be detected properly are no longer being detected properly then you need to send the hands, screenshots, details of the errors and what the correct results should be if you know, etc as explained in my previous reply so we can test the issue.

    Please also include some older hands for similar tournaments from earlier this year (May or earlier) if you have them in your archive so we can also test those and see what it could/did detect properly in the v1 hand files vs what is not detected properly in the v2 hand files.
