    Default Hm3

    Im not sure if this is the place to put this but not find other place.

    Exist a way to HM3 recognize automatically tables?
    Sometimes show me this and have to close and add again all and take too much time for me.
    Any way to fix this or put HM3 recognize automatically?

    You couldn't find a HM3 forum because we have not created one. We do not want HM3 questions or problems on the forums during the private pre-release beta testing phase. Please send any future questions via the software's Send Feedback menu (in the left sidebar and under the Help menus).

    That should never appear on Stars tables. If it happens again we need the following sent:

    Please reproduce the problem and:

    a) Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Take a screenshot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Live Play tab, your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot.

    b) Click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu, or from the 'Help' menu at the top, and send your logs and config files with a detailed description of the problem.
    - Send the screenshots in the same/new support ticket the Send Feedback system generated for this issue. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page - https://support.holdemmanager.com/user/mytickets/
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table/session with the issue and zip/attach those also.*

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    *All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

    Hi, sorry for put this here.

    Actually this is WPN but with a mod and thi cause lag and freeze on tables.

    Have you tried it without the mod? I am not familiar with their table mods.

    Did you create the ticket as we said with the files?

    I try it to send feedback but not let me adjunt any files you ask me, there is another way to send bc not create any ticket and when I put send nothing happen.

    is min sample size to display a stat available? I have about 39 questions/comments at the moment for hm3

    If you are unable to send the logs via the automated system for any reason you can collect and send the logs manually - https://support.holdemmanager.com/su...les-to-support

    - Close HM3 and the Holdem Manager Server icon in the system tray.
    - If it is not running or fully launched please open your Windows Task Manager and right-click - End Task on 'Holdem Manager 3', 'HM3 HUD' and 'HoldemManager.Server' if you see them.

    It has not been implemented yet: HMT-3214 - Add stat specific 'Min Samples' filter to HUD Editor - Item Properties (HM2 Feature)

    If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-3214 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

    These types of feature requests (missing HM2 features) should start to be worked on and checked in in fairly short order now that HM3 has been released. We were just discussing the most popular feature requests with management this week to estimate the time needed for each and to prioritize them.
