We are looking into this with the tournaments.
These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

Any idea why take so long to HUD appears on the tables?
I noticed this the other day when testing a SNG. The HH file was written and being updated after each hand but I don't think my HUD appeared until the 3rd or 4th hand. I asked our QA/Testing Manager to see if one of the other testers could try and give these a thorough test in HM2 and HM3.
Can you please send some logs and a short video showing you reproducing these issues please?
- Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment
Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.
You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu
Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- - a short video using http://www.techsmith.com/jing.html or http://www.screencast-o-matic.com/ or https://www.techsmith.com/download/snagit/
- - if the video is too big for email you can share it via screencast, dropbox, googledrive or filedropper, and send us a link to watch it.
- - try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock (right-click the windows clock > adjust date/time > keep the clock with the seconds hand in the video) and poker client lobby clock in the video
- - *Make sure the C:\Americas Card Room\HandHistory\UserName folder is visible so we can the file being written/updated
- - and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

Hi!
Is there any news on this situation? On my side is still not working...
We have this:
HM-9002
WPN On Demand tournament HUD: table size detection issues.
If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-9002 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.Original customer bug report:
There is wrong HUD positioning in some circumstances.
For example: Some "On demand" MTSNG start with 5 or 6 active players. As result a tournaments is detected as 6 max (as I understand) and uses 6 max layout while table is in fact 9 max. Other on demand tournaments start with 5, 7 or 8 active players as I know. When other players are added to the table (8, 9 players) HUD begins showing at correct positions.
Also when playing MTT or MTSNG satellites and being moved to another (shorter) table, HUD is shown at wrong positions. Until table is topped to 8-9 players. Then issue is resolved.
If the description for that issue does not match the issues you (or the OP) are having then one of you needs to send the requested video, logs, hh file, etc as instructed above.
Although that is a real issue that is quite annoying in ACR, the question was more related with the title of the the thread: "ACR On Demands not show HUD.".
So, the HUD is still not working for me in "on demand" SNGs. Is there any news about this?
No, we need someone to send us the logs, screenshots, and hand history files but no one has sent what we asked yet.
Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...es+not+work%3F
Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F
*All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.
With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
I have a video to show you and have copylogfiles but not let me atach copylogs and HH I try it all you put but show me this or nothing happen.

Any other way to send ?
First, you don't attach files here. Our instructions all say to create a ticket and send them.
Second, you don't send us the copy logs file. We made that. You use that to make the logs folder.
Third, always zip files before sending them.
