Uninstall HM2 and then Reinstall HM2 from this file -*https://www.holdemmanager.com/Downlo...Setup_8630.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

Hello.

After updating I can't launch HM2. I got windows message about running holdemmanager.exe by unknown publisher, press ok and then nothing happen, no process in system tray.
I deinstall/reinstall/update/reboot what so ever, HM is still not running. I checked windows defender.
I have windows 8, and no Antivirus.

Don't post your logs in the forum. All our instructions say to create a ticket and send them. They have your license in it.

Please use the copy logs and send the whole folder it creates. If you write in Russian, we will send it to our Russian staff.
