edit. It seems that new release has nothing to do with it. I have same problem with older version too.
I have this problem only in my current database. Older databases are using normal CPU. I deleted some WPN hands and imported again. This somehow messed up my database. Have you any tips how to resolve this any other way than creating new database and running again notecaddy definitions? (takes a lot of time)

edit2. deleting hands and importing back starts Notecaddy to go through database and create notes again (even if I just deleted a few hundred hands and imported back). That is why CPU is so high. This has happened to me before too but I couldn't remember it. Hopefully next time. Sorry and carry on.
If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
    - Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.
    - Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
    - Please send your \HM2Logs folder files as well - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM2Archive\2016\07\31).

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. *If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' *and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.
    Regards udbrky (Chris)

We are currently gauging support for the site and if we receive enough demand to add support we will add it.

Otherwise, if Run It Once begins to allow HUDS then we will add support.

If you want to be notified if/when support is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-4536 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

We are working on adding support to HM3 and PT4. Once it is working there we will add support to HM2. It is a pretty big change to make these hands import accurately so there is no ETA for when it will be implemented in HM3 or HM2. If you can send us sample hands for testing our developers changes, as instructed below, that would be helpful for us.
