Winamax - Error importing hands

Hello,

I'm currently using the 2.0.0.8175 trial version of HM2. I have trouble importing my hands. I did set my auto import folders as mentionned here but my HUD still displays "Waiting for hands" on my tables. My Winamax application is in english.

I tried to manually import a game but I always have errors and I haven't been able to import any hands at all.

Do they import manually?

Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive. We do not need all of the hands, just a sample of the hands being effected.

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

For multiple files, copy to a folder, then zip them. Email to support@holdemmanager.com. If it is in reference to a thread, please link to the post directly. Right click the post # on the right, copy link.

i try to import my hands from c:\hm2archive....winamax but the format of TXT hands its diferent ...the TXT have a LOCKED MARK

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM2Archive\2016\07\31).

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. *If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' *and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.
