This is a beta release for 2.0.0.8644

The purpose of this release is to allow users to get early access to fixes and provide feedback as it would be impossible for our internal team to cover due to the huge amount of different possible PC environments out there. We do recommend you use a new database as a precaution.

Even though we rarely see anything that serious in these betas, and they have gone through some internal testing, they have not completed all our internal tests yet and the chances of a bug are higher than normal.

You can manually download the build here, if you have any issues you can rollback to the last official version here.

    Release notes:

Note: Restart of HM2 required after the installation before HUD will work on fast forward tables

    Poker Sites
WPN - Added import, hud and hand history folder detection support for new client

Isn't that what you guys have been doing for year after year? Accounting for all various different kinds of PC environments for multiple sites and thousands of customers? Or are you saying because you're trying to get it out faster than usual? Because it seems like you might be implying that because of HM3, this has taken a backseat and if that's the case, that's kind of unfair to your current and loyal customers who are already likely planning on purchasing HM3. But this ACR thing is hurting the US the most. The upgrade was a disaster (which obviously wasn't your fault) but now that they've decided on a HH format, I happen to feel like HM TWO should be focused on first since that is the product that has brought you all of your success. Leaving it up to the customer base to figure out ACR of all sites sort of suggests that it's about focusing on the next windfall instead of making sure your current customers are still going to be happy with what you have out RIGHT NOW. I know I will be buying HM3 but I also know I can't be trying to focus on games and troubleshooting why the HUD isn't working or what the cause of it is. Using table finder is already a pain in the rear enough. Is there anything any of us can provide to help ANYONE at HM2 to speed this along? I've been sending in HUD error reports through the HM2 client but I have this feeling there are very few focusing their efforts on HM2 anymore as I would imagine HM3 is likely a huge endeavor. I just know I'm not the only one that still needs HM2 to work and is relying on it to do so.

Please let us know if there is anything we can provide to help speed this fix along.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
    - Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

    * All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.* It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
    Regards udbrky (Chris)
