    Default ACR Update

    Hi,

I was just wondering if HM2 would still be compatible after the ACR software update on 20/5/2019/.

I logged in on my poker client but hud is not working and hands are not been recorded on the tracker.

Also was wondering whether HM2 will support the newly added blitz format.

    Many Thanks,

    John

Default WPN/Black Chip Poker software upgrade

Black Chip Poker (WPN) launched their new software. Handhistories are saved to new location. I have changed location to the Site Setup but HM2 doesn't auto import hands. It doesn't even import when I try manually import handhistories. I have 8578 version. Handhistory attached.

Default pokerking hud and and hand importing not working after update

Poker king updated there software and since then, hm2 doesnt work for this site anymore.
I compared how handhistories are saved before and after the update and there are sligth diffrences, which might be the reason for it.

    Default America's Cardroom Update

The HM HUD is no longer coming up for me since the America's Cardroom Update yesterday. Any idea as to why? Is there a simple fix for this?

    Thanks.

I ahve the same Problem. I compared handhistories of this version adn previous versions and the way they are saved is slightly diffrent. I guess Hm2 will ahve to update their software to be able to eb sued on wpn again.

Default Not importing hands after file import [PokerKing]

    Hello,

somehow there is no hm2 bar on the tables while playing on Pokerking. Even though the handhistory folder is linked with the HM2 site settings it does not import the files.
Doing it manually shows me that the correct amount of files were imported but the hand count stays at zero.

    Appreciate the help.

These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.
