My most used report in the tournament section was "overall". As of a couple of months ago this report seems to have disappeared.
Has it been renamed or am I missing something obvious?

Not to worry - I found a similar thread where the solution of deleting the contents of the reports folder in roaming and restarting hem2 worked. It worked for me also. Regards, Tim

Is it wise to make backups before doing this or can nothing important be deleted this way?
The reports will be deleted. In these cases, they are corrupted.
You should regularly back up.

This will ensure that you have your hand histories and HUD saved to import into a new computer, and as a backup to restore in case of an emergency. I recommend you do this at least once a month and keep the last 2 or 3 most recent backups (and your \HM2Archive folder) stored on an external drive and/or cloud storage site like dropbox or google drive.
