    Default HM2 Active session problem

    Hello,

    I am writing here because I have some issues with my HM2 Active session. Short story, on Sunday my computer went off for a while because on the power supply problems on my estate, when it got back everything was fine I thought.

    The next day I saw that HM2 wasnt tracking my session that day, played like 3 hours and it recorded some 60minutes of it? The problem is ongoing, I was reading forum about it, checked my Stars account (Saving history wasnt matched, so i fixed that).

    Yesterday I checked my time zone, poker client time, checked my hand history and the time that it saves the hands is also fine. Also the time in the site setup in HM2 also i think it should be fine, auto detect set the number on 5. I run PS and HM2 with the admin so I dont really know where is the issue. The hud is popping up while im on the tables and I can also search for the hands I played at the table so it seems that the problem is only in my active session thing.

    Would love to hear some answers to solve this problem

    Did you adjust due to the US daylight savings time? These aren't the places to check. You just compare your computer clock to the sessions/reports time.

    The automatic Site Time Adjustment will read from the site's server. If you adjust the lobby clock settings, on some sites, it could cause the Time column for the hands in the Reports to be off.

    To verify, please compare the time in the Active Sessions, or Reports' hands section to your computer clock while playing.

    A) Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...29#maintenance

    B) If you continue to have problems, try the following:

    Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...y+played+hands

    If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.
