    Uninstall Ipoker, deleting the settings.

Then re-install it, right-clicking the setup file and running as administrator. This will keep it from creating a hand history folder that it cannot write hands to.

Add the folder in Site setup. http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...2/iPoker+Setup

    C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\skin\data\playerna me\History\Data

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+not+appear%3F

    If none of that helps:

Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...es+not+work%3F

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ging#startmenu

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
    - Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

I see the opposite in your image, it it looks like hands are importing to active session view but the site time adjustment is wrong which is causing the HUD to fail.

A picture is little help if you don't send the \HM2Logs folder files as there may be other things causing the problem in the image that we can only see in the log files. All I can see in that image is that you have an extra auto import folder configured that you do not need (that prog files one at the top) but this shouldnt cause HUD problems, your site time adjustment is wrong (this is the likely main cause of your HUD problems, but there may be more in the alert viewer) as your windows clock shows 13:xx o clock but the time for the hands in active session is an hour or two behind, and you may have other issues if you open your red alert viewer icon in the bottom right corner of HM2.

Please click on the red/yellow flag icon in the HM2 status bar and check each error message. To solve each problem you will need to click on the blue question mark icon in the Alert Viewer window to be directed to the solution FAQ.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

If none of that helps please send the logs/files, screenshots, etc as I previously instructed:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

    Please reproduce the problem and:
    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
    - Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
    - Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
    - Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

    * All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

    .
That`s the weird things, the HUD is working with betfair, but it is impossible to import the hand or to make an "Active session view"That one one the picture is from Pokerstars. I klicked on the flag and HM says that the time adjustment is wrong. So i made that as it ought to be, there is still a difference. To make it more complicated i can change the the time in Betfair from Local to WET, but i leave it as it is programmed. I did everything u wrote, but i don`t kno how to go on, so i zipped the logfile.

So HUD is working, everything else not, even after adjusting the time.

Never post your logs in the forum. Your license is in it. All of our instructions are to send in a ticket instead.

Did you compare the computer clock to the sessions time and adjust? The auto detect compares your time zone to the site's time zone.

The automatic Site Time Adjustment will read from the site's server. If you adjust the lobby clock settings, on some sites, it could cause the Time column for the hands in the Reports to be off.

To verify, please compare the time in the Active Sessions, or Reports' hands section to your computer clock while playing.

See this FAQ for the adjustment steps if there is a difference - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

The problem is, there is no chance to change the clock in HM2, and i do not find it. I can`t compare it because there is no active session, only that one showing PokerStars Hands.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

You have to check in the Reports - More Reports if the Active Session is not updating. Try the Sessions or Sessions By Table or Overall report and compare the 'Time' stat column in the lower hands grid for recently imported hands and compare it to your Windows clock time in the lower right corner of your monitor in the System Tray.
