Title Bar "X closing option" "minimize" and "small screen" for dialog not appearing

I was having this issue for like 3 months now and not sure whats causing it. I just changed my motherboard and reinstalled windows 10 also with a fresh copy of HEM2 and i'm still not seeing those 3 symbols on the top right of my screen on HEM2. Any fix for this? I've never had this happen in all the years of using HEM. thanks!

It is an issue with Intel graphics in a recent Windows 10 update. They should still work when you hover over.

I have the same issue, is there a way to fix it? will it be soon? it is very annoying
