NC & HM2 numbers totally different

Stats between HM2 HUD and the NC pop up are either slightly different or totally different.

HM2 (the numbers on my HM2 HUD) stats are constant, always the same, no matter where I look at them.

NC stats are not, and they are almost always different then the HM2 stat, with is ridiculous cause they show the same stat.

For example I have a player c betting river 64% according to my HM2 HUD, however when i click on the stat and open the custom made note caddy pop up it says 36%.

That snap was taken from the reports tab replayer in HM2

Now look at the same pop up when I open it via the opponents tab.

now it says 62% instead of 36%

So not only do the NC #s don't match the HM2 #s, but they donj't even match each other when opened in different ways...who knows what they tell me in game!

This difference is ridiculous and leaves me not believing either NC or HM.
I assume the are working off of different samples for some reason?
How can I make the numbers be the same?
Its hard to believe the HM2 #s are incorrect...So that leaves the NC #s...
Why is NC showing different samples in reports replayer and different in opponents replayer?

I made it so that my HUD filters (# of players in game) are the same in both HM and NC but there are still significant differences.
I read that NC only shows notes in the same game type as it was created in(I play multiple game types), how do I create custom partition so that a note saved is shown across all SNGs/MTTs?

If you changed your NC partitions, did you reset and reprocess your notes afterwards? If not, you will want to do so.

I think NoteCaddy already groups SNGs/MTTs as the same (tournament), so I don't think that would be your issue. I could be wrong about that though.

Another thing to look at is how the notes were created. Did you create them yourself? Are they created in the same exact way that you think specific HM2 stat would work? If you got the stats from someone else you could ask that person if there are any extra filters in the stats, as that could be a reason the stats differentiate (like filtering out abnormal betsizes for example).

One of you NC guys made a custom HUD for me, I don't know how he made it, I just told him what I want.

For example there, that's the pop up of the blue stat that says '20', witch is river cb(in the pop up it says 45). That's a HU filter so they really should match since I have both HM and NC filtered for 2-2 and 3-10 players.

In the snap shot you can also see what happens when I click on the blue '20' stat, witch is fold vs river cb. How ever, the pop up says it's 45%. 20% vs 45% makes an insane difference in my strategy vs him on rivers...I really need to fix this...

You can change the partition in NoteCaddy -> File -> Settings -> Partitions.

I'm not the NC developer, I'm just with one of its add-on packages, NoteCaddy Edge.

You can ask the person who you paid to make the stats why they differentiate so much. Or if you want to look yourself you'd need to open the definitions inside NoteCaddy and have a look. Here's an article from the Wiki which shows how to create a stat: http://wiki.assaultware.com/Filterin...r-actions.ashx. If you watch the short video you'll see how "action sequences" are made and you can know where to look.

I am not the one who is blocking you by the way. I don't know who is doing that, or why it's happening. I'm just trying to help you out.
