    Default Ipoker Freezes when I lunch HUD

    Hi,

    I am playing in Winner Poker and if I am playing with out Hud there is no problem.

    The moment I lunch the HUD the half right part of the tables widows freezes.

    Plz help.

    I'm really sorry and I know there is nothing more frustrating than having issues like this when trying to play. I hope i can help you resolve this quickly.

    What is your hard drive model, RAM and CPU? You can find this in your Control Panel - System - Device Manager. Sometimes lower spec PC's can contribute to lagging but that is not to say we can't still improve it further.

    Are you running Notecaddy also and do you have many definitions or use any of the NC Edge or NC Advantage packages? Those can also have an impact on large database with large definitions.     How big is your database and how many hero hands are in the database? If you have a large database you can try to edit the hm2 config file to force HM2 to use more or less RAM and see if it helps.     In the meantime while you reply with those details I have a couple of things you can try that will improve the performance of your PC in general and may help if this scanning is the cause of the issues you're seeing.

    Please check these 2 FAQs and try all the steps there to see if they help:

    A few other things you could try to see if it helps when playing:
    - Does it help you disable the Settings > General Settings > Miscellaneous > [ ] 'Automatically Refresh' option and restart HM2?
    - Try leaving HM2 on the 'Home' tab when playing.
    - Try picking a villain in the reports that only has a few hands in your database instead of your hero and restart HM2.

    Hi,

    You are missing the point it is not a performance issue.

    I have other sites open and they work fine its just ipoker.

    If i have the HUD working literaly the right half of the table window does not respond the other half works fine.

    I turn off hud all the window works fine, its very strange and it was after the last Ipoker Update.

    Can you plz help?

    Without the details and logs in the ticket, there's no way for us to look into it.

    Hi,

    I Paid for Premium Assistente that did not solve the problem.

    It is obvious the problem is from you guys since the software works fine while the HUD is off and Fezzes when i hit play.

    I asked for a refund as for your policy and the guy said no because he worked for the hour.

    "Refund Policy: If we do not resolve the problem, we will refund your Premium Support payment."

    Also he said he was going to contact the software developer and get back to be, i have been waiting for days and nothing.

    So i am out of the money and still can not play...

    Can you plz assiste me?

    I heard problem also from an other user, and now I can image the issues

    Ipoker has a hotkey in F1(fold), F2 ( call ) F3 ( raise ) , can it be this the problem, some configuration of holdem manager?

    Their new client introduced a bug that only affects hi resolution (i.e. 4K/UHD) monitors.* You can try this for a workaround. For each iPoker skin right click the iPoker shortcut, click Open file location, Right click casino.exe, Click Properties, Click Compatibility, Click Change high DPI settings, Check Override high DPI scaling behavior, Select Scaling performed by: System.

    - Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop

    *All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.* It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

    With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
